Belle's sire Distant Land also sired Patrona, who went to Barcelona in 3 day eventing and still holds a significant place in eventing points. This mare is a very classy lady. Her foals have that inner quality that gives them the drive to excel and love to compete! They are peopley and very good movers. Shown above with Rocky, Belle is aging gracefully and is a wonderful old broodmare. We hope to get a broodmare from her soon, but she has a tendency to throw handsome colts!

Belle's 4th foal was a dark bay and the result of that last leasing and a lovely colt by Consul who was fabulous - he was sold before being weaned (that's why we have no pictures!) :-( |

This handsome chestnut is Gryphon Bay, the 2003 gelding that was the result of a 3rd Glacier Bay breeding, and belongs to a client who leased Belle for yet a 4th breeding to an outside stallion. |

Belle's 2006 bright bay colt Grand Finale was absolutely outstanding. Sadly, we lost him to a freak accident in the pasture.

Gabriella Bay, "Ella" was Belle's second Glacier Bay foal, and certainly was no disappointment. A lovely dark bay mare, she is at a dressage barn near Dallas, TX for new owner Linda Drescher. |

Granite Bay, "Rocky" a 1999 gelding who received a 7.8 for movement, was Belle's first Glacier Bay foal. Sadly injured as a 2yr old while away for training, he has won all our hearts! He hangs out in our pastures, he is our lead man on retirees and layups, and will be their best friend. He is available to perform this task at your place if you have a need for a sweet companion animal, let us know. |
